I, Scott Mathewson, would like to welcome you to Royal Custom Plastics. We are a custom plastic Fabrication / Machine Shop. We purchase plastic in various sheets, rods, or tubes which we cut, machine, bend, and weld to the specifications of our customer’s needs.

I stared RCP in December of 1993. My Shop consisted of my garage and a 16’ x 20’ workshop behind my house. The first few months were filled with making sales calls, purchasing stock, fabricating, and delivering finished parts. I hired a part time employee in March of 1994 and soon we outgrew my garage and workshop. I started looking for a bigger place to rent and in late ’94, I came across an AD in the Press Gazette. The Advance Business Development center on Pott’s Ave. was put together to be a small business incubator. It was a place that supplied a forklift, loading dock, indoor mail delivery, phone service, a receptionist, and conference rooms all for the small businesses to operate on a professional level. I quickly rented a pace that was double my previous square foot usage.

Over the next year or so, we outgrew the incubator and moved into a stand alone shop in Green Bay. I hired more full-time employees and added HAAS CNC Machines. This shop kept us operating successfully for the next 10 years. Now having 10 employees and a shop full of precision cutting and milling machines, Royal Custom Plastics needed to expand to a new location with a bigger shop. We purchased a 10,000 Sq. Ft. building in the West De Pere Industrial Park. This building provides us with the perfect set up that includes a front office, a sizeable warehouse, enough room for our 12’ x 12’ Panel Saw, CNC Mills, CNC Lathes and Fabrication Equipment.

With repeat customers and the ability to reach out to customers states away via our website and internet searches, Royal Custom Plastics has an eye on the future, and we think it looks great!
