President and Co-owner Chris Chimileski would like to welcome you to Royal Custom Plastics! We are a custom plastic fabrication and machine shop with over 30 years of experience specializing in cutting, machining, bending, and welding plastic materials including sheets, rods, and tubes to meet our customers’ specifications.

                                                                                                                               History

Royal Custom Plastics began in December 1993 in a small garage and workshop. The early days involved making sales calls, purchasing stock, fabricating, and delivering finished parts. By 1994, the business had grown, leading to a move into the Advance Business Development Center, a small business incubator that provided essential resources like a forklift, loading dock, phone service, and conference rooms.

Within a year, the company outgrew the incubator and relocated to a stand-alone shop in Green Bay, hiring more full-time employees and introducing HAAS CNC Machines. After a decade of steady growth, Royal Custom Plastics expanded again, moving into a 10,000-square-foot facility in the West De Pere Industrial Park. This space offers a front office, a sizeable warehouse, and ample room for essential equipment, including CNC mills, CNC lathes, fabrication tools, and a 12’ x 12’ panel saw.
